RETURN POLICY The Flower Station

According to GEO 34/2014, flowers are products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly and are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Toys, vases, and other non-perishable products sold by The Flower Station can be returned following the procedure below:

You can only return non-perishable and/or non-food products. Consequently, flowers and sweets cannot be returned, but toys, vases, and baskets can.

Returns are made by sending the products to the address: Bucharest, Sector 6, Blvd. Iuliu Maniu 244J, via any courier you choose.

The return parcel shipping cost will be paid by theflowerstation.ro after prior validation.

The parcel must contain all initially received documents, as well as a written address, signed by the person who initiated and paid for the order, notifying the termination of the contract and requesting the refund of the amount paid, indicating the account and bank where the money will be returned.

The parcel must be sent to theflowerstation.ro headquarters within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order.

The amount paid will be fully refunded within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.

Following the entry into force of GEO 34/2014, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of physical possession of the product. The client must notify us by email, post, phone, SMS, verbally, etc.
