Purchase Procedure

To purchase and take possession of the products offered for sale on www.theflowerstation.ro, the following steps must be followed:

Payment is made online or by bank transfer/payment order, under the conditions regulated in Chapter VII, and the final cost will include the price of the ordered product and, if applicable, the delivery price.

Prices

Except where otherwise provided, the prices of the products displayed on www.theflowerstation.ro represent the final purchase prices. Final purchase prices may be prices suggested by manufacturers or suppliers or may be estimated based on standard prices applicable in the industry of the product sold. Final purchase prices may not represent the most competitive prices in a certain product segment or for a certain period.

Discounts applied to products

Discounts on the site and discounts received through vouchers are only applicable to floral products (flower bouquets and floral arrangements). These can no longer be applied to sweets, champagnes, toys, accessories (vases, baskets, packaging), donations, and transport fees. Also, discounts are no longer applicable to products with international delivery. Discount vouchers cannot be combined with existing discounts on the site. Promotions on the site override discounts offered through the loyalty program.

Payment Methods

To pay for ordered products, you can choose from the following payment methods: online with a card, bank transfer/payment order, or card payment upon order pickup. If you have chosen bank transfer/payment order as your payment method, the next window will thank you for your order and provide relevant information for your order and payment. You will also receive this information via email, in the form of an invoice.

Reviews, comments, communications, and other types of content

Users can post reviews, comments or other types of content; they can send suggestions, ideas, ask questions, propose articles or other types of materials, as long as their content:

is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, does not infringe on privacy rights or intellectual property law;
does not contain computer viruses, commercial, political communications, inciting hatred or intolerance on ethnic, religious, racial, sexual orientation grounds, collective messages or other forms of "spam".

In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will first be attempted within 30 working days from the registration of the complaint at the headquarters of S.C. THE FLOWER STATION S.R.L. If an agreement cannot be reached within the aforementioned period, disputes between the Parties will be submitted to the competent courts of law in Bucharest.

S.C. THE FLOWER STATION S.R.L. reserves the right to make any changes to the prices and technical data present on the website www.theflowerstation.ro, without prior notice. The technical data present on the website www.theflowerstation.ro are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual obligation. Certain photos on the website www.theflowerstation.ro are for presentation purposes and there may be differences between them and the actual product.

Plant Care Tips

To properly care for the flowers you have just received, you must follow these instructions.
If you have received a bouquet of flowers:

• place the flowers, as soon as possible, in a vase large enough;
• change the water daily (as soon as it becomes cloudy, it must be refreshed);
• keep the flowers in a cool and less sunny place.
• If you have received a flower arrangement, along with a sponge (called oasis):
• make sure the sponge remains moist at all times (the flowers absorb water from it);
• avoid moving the arrangement;
• keep the arrangement in a cool and less sunny place.
• Along with the bouquet you have just received, you have attached a sachet of preservative, which will help you prolong the life of the flowers and keep them beautiful. Before adding the preservative, you must follow these steps:

• dissolve the contents of the sachet in half a liter of clean water;
• cut the flower stems diagonally, by approximately 2 cm.
• ATTENTION! The preservative can only be used for cut flowers, with a single water change.
• We recommend keeping the flowers at the lowest possible temperature, protecting them from drafts and physical shocks (moving, hitting, etc.) or thermal shocks (transitions from hot to cold).

Right of Return

According to GEO 34/2014, flowers are products susceptible to rapid deterioration or expiry and are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Toys or vases and other non-perishable products sold by The Flower Station can be returned according to the following procedure:

Cancellation and Return Procedure:

You can only return non-perishable and/or non-food products. Consequently, flowers and sweets cannot be returned, but toys, vases, and baskets can.
Returns are made by sending the products to the address: Bd Iuliu Maniu 244j, via any courier you choose.
The return package shipping will be paid by www.theflowerstation.ro.
The package must contain all initially received documents, as well as a written address, signed by the person who initiated and paid for the order, notifying the cancellation of the contract and requesting the return of the paid amount, indicating the account and bank where the money will be returned.
The package must be sent to the www.theflowerstation.ro headquarters within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
The amount paid will be fully refunded within 14 calendar days from the full receipt of the return package and the cancellation letter (if the two arrive separately, the 14 calendar days start from the last one received).
Following the entry into force of GEO 34/2014, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of physical possession of the product.

Conformity Guarantee

The responsibility of www.theflowerstation.ro for the lack of conformity of sold products is engaged if the lack of conformity appears within 2 days from the delivery of the products.

THE FLOWER STATION SRL has the obligation to deliver products that are in conformity with the sale-purchase contract, regardless of the form in which it is concluded, verbally or in writing.

A product is considered to be in conformity with the sale-purchase contract if the following conditions are cumulatively met:

a) the product corresponds to the description made by the seller and has the same qualities as the products that the seller presented as a sample or model;

b) the product corresponds to any specific purpose requested by the consumer, a purpose made known to the seller and accepted by him at the conclusion of the sale-purchase contract.

Products sold on www.theflowerstation.ro benefit from a warranty under Ordinance no. 21/1992, Law 449/2003, and Government Ordinance 174/2008, if they are not perishable products: flowers, plants, food products. www.theflowerstation.ro, however, offers a freshness guarantee for flowers for 5 days, if they are kept and cared for according to the label accompanying the bouquet.

All Goods sold by www.theflowerstation.ro benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with current legislation and commercial policies. The Goods are new and come from sources authorized by each manufacturer.

The Flower Station pays special attention to the products and services offered and guarantees their quality. The Flower Station customers will have all the necessary support in case of a product return request.

Also, www.theflowerstation.ro complies with the GPeC pre-selection criteria.
